Come 10 minutes early. We will help you find the right space, show you where to store your bag, and point you to the changing area.
You will start with gentle mobility and breathing. We use a slower pace so you can find comfortable ranges, build trust in your body, and feel ready.
The main sequence is taught in short segments. You can follow the full movement or take a gentler variation, at your own pace, guided by clear cues.
